The owner expects the worst of the guests having no direct ac controls for the guest but you have to write him a message, you are not allowed to use toilet paper down the drain (for environmental reasons)

Cozy House was a perfect stay for us. There was everything we needed and the owner was there to meet us even after we arrived just before 01:00. Highly recommend for a small or large group to stay.

A perfect short stay.

Rolandas and Jolita's place was great for our short stay in Kaunas. There was a bed and highchair waiting for our baby. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated. Since we had somethings to do in that part of the city, the location worked well for us. I could even see the space working well for us if we had to stay longer since there was ample space for me to do some work.

We would have liked to stay longer, but we had to return home.

The property was spacious, clean tidy, the couple who own property were helpful in every way, they left us a map of the area, and although they do not speak great English, they were there if we needed any help, they drove us to the air port for a small fee of 5euro my husband and I stayed at the cosy house with my 7year old son, we had a garden to spend time in, there was bikes, and my son enjoyed playing basket ball..and darts... there was also a billiard room with full size snooker table that both my husband and son was able to enjoy when the room was vacant.. the cosy house had everything we needed, the only down fall was there was no oven.. although we had a hotplate and microwave, we coped ok with out.. the house is very homely and comfortable... we stayed at the house for 10 days.. my son didn’t want to leave... we highly recommend this apartment, especially for families., we went to Kaunas as I was having surgery, but we plan to return in the future for another stay at the cosy house because it was so beautiful, and our stay here was one we will never forget..

Felt homely... spacious.. and had a garden , the owners of this property were helpful in every way I can not recommend this enough.., you will love this place

Al Apartamento habría que hacerle un lavado de cara. Se rompen las cosas o mejor dicho ya están rotas.

La tranquilidad. La televisión tiene Netflix .

Está muy viejo todo, no está sucio pero está viejo y se van rompiendo las cosas. La ducha no traga , los muelles de las puertas están rotos, el lavaplatos no abre bien, el water no se puede tirar papel. El aire acondicionado hay un letrero que te piden 10 euros por encenderlo todo el día. Resumen le falta un lavado de cara al apartamento, para que sea 9.8 como se anuncia en Booking.

Uitstekend verblijf met prive parkeerplaats. Ook voor meerdere dagen is dit een prima locatie.

Efficiente maar complete uitleg bij aankomst . Alle faciliteiten werden getoond en uitgelegd. De locatie is is een rustige wijk niet heel ver van het centrum en dicht bij uitvalswegen en voorzieningen.

Mal olor en el baño, temperatura controlada en remoto siendo imposible subir la temperatura aunque hacía frío por la noche. Sala de billar siempre cerrada. Muy lejos del centro. Solo recomendable si dispones de vehículo.
