Pakubuwono Terrace Apartment

The price is good, and there are two rooms, which is fantastic if we want to bring the family. The location is good for me because it's close to where I want to go, but the traffic is super bad around 4pm- 8 pm.Having many good food options and shops within the apartment is a definite plus. The air conditioner is also working well, and there are amenities providedThe second book is stayed, the Spring Beds for both rooms look new and smell nice, is also a plus, and the apartment is clean.

Honestly, I didn't like the toilet. The shower/water was very slow and the water pressure was low, leaving the floor and toilet wet after each use. When I first time booked the apartment, the spring bed in the other room seemed old and smelled musty. I suggested to the owner that it probably wasn't suitable for guests, but I can confirm it's just a minor detail I personally didn't like. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the apartment.

I think max people who should sleep in is 3. It’s small but quite all right for us. Theres plenty of food and coffee shop downstairs.

Minus isnt the property but i just knew that pakubuwono is a congested area lol but if you go out before 10am and get back after 10pm its alright. Not that jam.

good location, good value for the money, the partments had all the necessary items for a long 1 week stay. felt like home

The beds were comfortable and the location is good.

The airflow in the room was very poor, which made the air quality unpleasant. The room had a strong odor that reminded us of the mothballs we had to use to help keep away the cockroaches we encountered from time to time. Unfortunately, this made the room feel unhealthy and uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom also needs attention, as there was mold around the sink and shower. It would benefit from a thorough renovation and proper cleaning. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. It's just a shame that the poor air quality and cleanliness issues took away from what could have been a much better stay.
