Great location. Very close to the bus that brings you to Avoriaz, very close to the Pleney Lift (main lift in Morzine), and even closer to the button lift that you can take to ski down to Pleney. Spar and Carrefour about a 10/15 min walk away. Constantly warm and cosy, good kitchen facilities, perfect for 2 people (4 people would be tight) where you don't plan on being in the accommodation for much of the day. Appeared to be very clean. Thin walls mentioned in other review, but we had no disruptions when there. Staff in the accommodation rental office were a pleasure to deal with. Late arrival easily accommodated for. Any questions about the stay answered with a smile. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch!

The beds are very poor. We tried both. Very uncomfortable mattresses and both beds are about a foot too short (we are both average height people). The pillows are old and squishy. Having to make your own bed on arrival is also quite strange in my opinion.

Great location - 15 min walk to the Super Morzine ski lift. Cupboard outside for ski storage. Washing machine and basic cooking facilities. Broken lightbulb was fixed immediately. Easy arrival procedures. Good property option for solo travellers.

The sofa bed wasn’t really useable as a bed - the matress was paper thin and as it’s split in two it kept moving apart. It really needs replacing. The bunk bed is more comfortable but there is only a very small gap between the bed and the ceiling - only really ideal for children. The walls in this property are paper thin and it’s very noisy. Even after investing in earplugs it was noisy - the staircase in the neighbouring flat is right next to the bed - and there are no carpets. Late night parties etc were a constant inconvenience - I was doing a course so up early and studying in the evenings. Not ideal. I had to leave earlier than planned and couldn’t contact the property to ask where to leave the keys etc - so just had to leave resort and send them an email. I received info about where to leave keys etc after I had left. Again, not ideal. Thankfully I had contacts in Morzine who helped me out.
