Ubicación y tamaño de la casa muy grande. Cocina, salón y habitación muy espaciosos.
El apartamento está para hacerle una buena reforma. El baño muy viejo y con humedades del piso de arriba que no se han molestado en arreglar. Se nota que solo le han hecho un "lavado de cara" por decir algo... Como pintar, algún mueble de ikea etc... La pared de dentro de los armarios de la cocina se desconchaba y también tenía humedades. La casa está arriba de un restaurante, por lo que se meten los olores al portal y también si abres la ventana de la habitación, no se puede ventilar.. Aunque por suerte el restaurante cierra pronto y no molestan mucho. En mi opinión lo único que le salvaba era su ubicación, por lo demás no creo que se ajuste al precio que piden.
