Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ohne Erwartungen ok.
Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung.
Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr altmodisch, stark modernisierungsbedürftig, Schimmel in den Fugen im Badezimmer, defekte Bodenfliesen im Wohnbereich, Couch sehr unbequem und nicht geeignet für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund, Duschkopf sehr stark verkalkt und somit nur wenig Wasserdurchfluss. Besteck und Geschirr zu wenig vorhanden. Des Weiteren wenn Gäste ein Stockwerk höher die Wohnung bezogen haben, hörte man alles (Laufen, reden, Besteck weg packen, Stühle rücken), also sehr hellhörig. Kommunikation mit Vermieter schwierig aufgrund gebrochenen Deutsch. Für uns hatte es den Anschein als ob man mit den Ferienwohnungen sehr überfordert ist. Die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.
