Overall, great hotel. Very convenient location staff or staff were very helpful.
Entrance is not accessible. A wheelchair user would not have been able to enter. Noise insulation was poor. I could hear sound from neighboring rooms and the street downside of the location is that it was loud until late at night.

Breakfast was closed due to COVID, couldn't use it
Wasn't that clean. Especially closet and cabinets weren't that clean and even had items from previous tenants.

Excellent location! Our room was nicely updated (including the bathroom). The rooftop hot tub was a nice place to relax after a hike. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Great views from the room. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.
No on site parking (but they do provide parking passes). Bed was a little "saggy". The lights from the TV and AC units were quite bright at night. Nothing was a deal breaker...
