Villa Els Olivers / Olivers Petits

The house was great, it is very quirky and has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the main house and another building outside with a bedroom and bathroom overlooking the garden and pool. It was perfect as we put our teen boys in the house away from us! It was so peaceful, literally listening to the birds and in the trees around the property and spending the day around the pool was the most relaxed we've been on a holiday! The house had everything we needed, the washing machine came in very handy! The grounds of the house were enormous, the garden is literally the size of a park, our boys had a great time with the football! The pool was amazing and so welcome in the heatwave that we had, we actually wished it had been a little cooler in there! There were lots of supermarkets nearby and we used the Mercadona a lot as it was only a short drive away and had everything we needed. The electric in the house went off one evening so we called the company to ask for help and within the hour Xisco came and sorted it out for us which was brilliant, he was very kind and so helpful. The location from Alcudia Old Town was just a 15minute walk away so perfect for an evening out and is just beautiful. Can't fault the holiday and we would absolutely stay here again!

1) The entrance to the house has a really awkward shaped wall around it which we thought we were going to hit every time we drove in! We got used to it but the car bleeping at us from all sides didn't help our nerves! 2) The cushions on the wooden sunbeds need replacing as they were quite stained and didn't look great, but there were enough of the other sunbeds to use so we just didn't sit on them. Not a big deal they just were not the nice stripey ones like the picture suggests.

Pool and location

We stayed 1 week, nobody came for cleaning , changing towels or clean the pool. Bed’s not to comfortable.

Meine Frau und ich wohnen eigentlich in der Nähe von Felanitx, aber wir lieben es, die Insel zu erkunden. Für das verlängerte Wochenende haben wir diese Finca in Alcúdia gebucht, da meine Schwester mit ihrer Familie aus Deutschland zu Besuch kam und wir etwas Geräumiges und Gemütliches brauchten. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad war Gold wert.

Kuche ist funktional, aber etwas spärlich ausgestattet für uns, die gerne kochen.
