Friendly host and the room is near the seaside.

The room was 25 minutes away -on foot- from the centre (chora) of the island. The seawater of the nearest beach was not of good quality, and the sea beds are rented at high prices.

We had a wonderful stay. Niko is an amazing host—very kind, helpful, and a true animal lover, which made us feel even more welcome. The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We prepared our breakfasts at the apartment, and there is also enough kitchen equipment for anyone who wants to cook full meals. The terrace is beautiful, with lovely views of the surrounding nature. Surrounded by greenery, it is a peaceful place to relax. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed linens were perfectly clean and bright white. The location is excellent. The beaches are only a 2–3 minute walk away, and Poros Town is easy to reach by taxi for around €5–6. Many people also enjoy walking to the town. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location, very clean, host is lovely. Not ‘smart’ but for the price, spotlessly clean, easy walk to the beach, balcony to sit out on, AC very good, small kitchen for self catering - perfect.

Close to the beach and the room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the garden. Kitchenette was convenient too. The owner is a very nice guy!

The bathrooms are outdated and the shower cubicle is tiny with no curtain so the water spills out everywhere. Also, they really need to cover the water pipes in the shower as I kept burning myself. This could be really dangerous for kids. The tiles also need a cleaning! The beds are uncomfortable too.
