Great location- it’s only a short walk to the marina. Very clean apartment and is kitted out with everything you would need for a longer stay.
Prepare for collecting the key at an alternative location should you arrive after check in time/ if you check out during the early hours. A short uber is required between both locations. The external of the property is a bit dated.

Great and clean space, very livable and well furnished
Through the booking app, after they asked us our arrival time, we agreed to collect the keys around 12/12:30. The lady from the agency came at 14:30 without apologizing for the delay and talking to us with very rude and arrogant manners.
