Excellent for a family

The apartment was very equipped, everything clean, new and in order, a lot of space in all rooms. The owner was so nice and helpful and gave us a lot of good information for our trip The location is close to the center of Katerini and to the shore in Paralia and steel very quiet and spacious.

Pretty decent stay, would recommend.

The stay was pretty good, all amenities were as described. House was very clean and welcoming. The parking was really big and easy to maneuver. BBQ was great. The house is at decent location not very far from the beach and close to the city. The kids liked that there were some toys outside and 2 large trampolines to jump on.

The beds were really uncomfortable, the mattresses were with springs and were very hard to sleep on. The house while looking awesome is not suitable for children, there were too many breakable items that we had to secure. The house is actually a warehouse and during the day there were many workers loading and unloading stuff for the online shop trampolino.gr. While they did not bother us and they made no noise, we did not fully feel peace and quiet during the day.

Exceptional

Villa Elena is a beautiful place for comfortable and relaxing journey with taste of luxe. Luxurious kitchen with all the mashines you ever needed, three bedrooms, big and sunny living room and gorgeous two bathrooms. The villa has big yard with barbecue and shining views. Its located 4 km from the katerini beach and its 3 minutes with car. Far from the Paralia noise but in the center of relaxing area near katerini city. We will visit it again certainly . I,m very happy that I was there!

Luxury oasis

Brand new luxury apartment with all the modern features a tourist/traveller could need. Spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms and modern, well equipped kitchenette. The host is very kind and responsive. The sea with two very good beaches - Paralia and Olimpiaki - ate 5 min driving distance, while Villa Elena is situated in a quiet village far from the touristic madness of other places.

Ruim appartement boven druk bedrijf

Mooi ruim appartement met Balkon

Bij aankomst bleek het appartement te liggen op de eerste verdieping. Op de benedenverdieping zat een trampoline bedrijf, wen vuurwerkbedrijf en een autoverhuur. Laat je dus niet wat wijsmaken door de foto’s op booking. Het is een gaan en komen van personeel en mensen. Ook de mooie bbq-plaats stond vol met spullen en was vies. De Griekse meneer die ons binnen liet was onbeschoft tegen ons toen we aangaven dat dit niet hetzelfde plaatje was als op Booking. We hadden inderdaad zelf goed moeten kijken dat het hier een appartement betrof en dat we niet een heel huis voor onszelf hadden. Het appartement was verder ook echt prima. Maar je vind hier zeker niet de vakantierust. We waren in het weekend en er zou dan niemand zijn. Dat gold zeker voor de zondag. Maar 2 nachten stopte er onder ons raam een bestelbus om 3.30 uur en die ging laden en lossen. De eigenaresse Elena kwam nog een flesje Tsipouro brengen, wat heel lief was. Maar we zouden liever zien dat er eerlijke foto’s in de advertentie zouden staan.
