The master bedroom consists of a Queen bed with a walk in wardrobe and separate ensuite bathroom. There is a large sunroom off of this room too. Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a double and single bunk arrangement. Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor and offers 2 single beds in a trundle set up. This room also has its own ensuite.

From the balcony you really get to see what the Gerroa hype is all about. The property boasts 180 degree views of the ocean. The beautiful, non busy beach, nearly always offers the perfect wave. A two minute stroll from the house and your toes will be in the sand.

Other features include, Wifi, Optus Fetch and Netflix. Barbecue and a 3 level garden and entertaining area. Your own private board walk to Bland Place gives access to on street parking and the beach.

**Bland Place is the best place to park as the driveway for Ocean Breeze is quite steep off of Crooked River Road**.
