Costa Adeje Mareverde Apartment

Direi tutto ….Dalla posizione strategica ( vicino a tutto …. Spiaggia , fermata del bus , supermercato….) alla comodità della stanza fronte piscina . L appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e i proprietari sono stati fantastici nell’accoglierci nei migliore dei modi .

Avrei dato più attenzione alla pulizia !

Excellent apartment with all the amenities you can possibly think of. The hosts really went above and beyond to make you feel like home. Apartment is only 10 min walk away from the beach and there's plenty of beaches, bars and restaurants to choose from. Even though it's a studio apartment, it is pretty spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This small studio apartment is basic, but adequate. It is not in a beautiful location and does not have a beautiful outlook or view. But it is comfortable and central to the very touristy area of Costa Adeje, close to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Very easy to travel from here by bus or on foot. Plentiful towels. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Kitchen equipment is ok. The hosts are very nice people. There is a swimming pool right next door to the apartment. It was mostly quiet, but we were outside school holidays.

It is a very quiet apartment complex considering it is so big, but the neighbours can be noisy. We had a couple of nights with loud stomping around upstairs at 2.30am and the next door neighbour set her phone alarm for 5.45am 2 days in a row, and then ignored it as it went off for 20 mins on the other side of the wall to our bed. The mattress is not very comfortable. I would say the photos are nicer than the reality.
