About this villa rental
Portion of a semi-detached house located on a plot of 400 square meters, Full air conditioned, WiFi unlimited, 200 m from the beautiful beach, 500 m away accessible on foot, from restaurants, shopping center, ATM, church, outdoor market, shops, butchers, fish shop, pharmacy, tennis, soccer etc. On the Via del lentischio, illuminated in the evening, behind the house there is a large private parking for one or two cars (in a row). From this you enter the garden through an illuminated stone staircase, up to the entrance of the house located on the sea side. The sup. inside the villa is 100 square meters, has a covered veranda of about 25 square meters, a fenced grassy lawn of 100 square meters, illuminated in the evening, cared for and regularly watered automatically, with flower beds, oleanders, two beautiful palm trees, and some typical plants of the island . it is quite secluded and quiet, ideal for children or for sunbathing. The villa for 6 people has 2 floors; on the ground floor there are: a large living room consisting of an entrance and hallway, a leaving room with sofa and armchairs, satellite TV and fireplace for the winter, a space for dining; the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the 1st floor there is the sleeping area with three bedrooms, one double and two with separate but joinable beds, a bathroom with tub and shower. Outside there is an external shower and the compartment with tank and autoclave. All bedrooms and lounge are air-conditioned for winter and summer.

The property was quite satisfactory, offering three comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms that suited our needs perfectly. While the kitchen was adequately equipped, it felt a bit cramped. The garden and terrace added to the charm of the place, and we appreciated being able to use the beach umbrella. However, it was a bit surprising that there was an additional charge of 15 € per person for towels and linen, as well as 0.5 € per kilowatt-hour for electricity consumption exceeding 50 kWh per week. This seemed a bit steep, especially considering that the water heating relies on a boiler and the necessity of using air conditioning when temperatures exceed 35 degrees.

The house and the area is one of the best what I’ve been seen!!! All things are in the house! OK if I want to find something you will find it… We like the house an we will come back!!!!

We had a lovely week at Villa Pino. It's a short walk to a wonderful beach, although it can get a little windy at times. But also a short drive to many other stunning, more protected beaches for windy days. The property is well equipped and has effective air-conditioning in every room (critical in August!). The second bathroom is downstairs, not an ensuite, but this was actually quite convenient with post-beach showers. Location-wise, there are a small number of restaurants in walking distance (a beach bar and a good restaurant at Rei Marina) and a range of other restaurants a 3 min drive away (or longer walk if the heat permits in summer). One other point of note - there are a lot of mosquitos in Costa Rei so do stock up on spray. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and communication with both Giuseppe and Lidia was fantastic.

Das Haus samt Garten sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist wirklich alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten und zum nächsten Supermarkt 10. Lidia war sehr, sehr freundlich. Auf Anfragen hat sie sehr schnell reagiert. Sogar ein Wlan-Modem hat sie für uns organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
