Holiday house in Spain in Andalusia
In the middle of the mountains of Andalusia, but close to the sea you can spend your holidays in a Spanish finca house. 20 minutes drive to the sea with its wide beaches, to the picturesque cities of Málaga (AIRPORT) and Granada (Alhambra!) each 35 km or 120 km. In addition, Gibraltar or Seville can be reached in a few hours.
Coves for snorkeling with colorful fish are about 30 minutes away by car. Even hiking can be endless on paved paths or over hill and dale. Old white mountain villages are located in the vicinity. The nearest neighbors are about 300 meters away.
The house has 2 double beds, swimming pool, washing machine, DVD player, a small stereo, a modern stove, large fridge, complete kitchen equipment. The bed linen and towels are also available.
The living room is about 25 m², 1 bedroom about 6 m², 1 bedroom with seating area about 25 m², kitchen about 15 m², bathroom about 12 m². The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed.
On 2 large terraces you have a beautiful view of mountain and valley. In the evening you can watch the geckos there.
To grow on the house as trees: lemon, fig, almond, avocado, orange, mango and olive, plus banana, rosemary u. a. When they bear fruit, you can take whatever they want. In the nearby village (25 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by car) you will find traditional gastronomy and retail.
The house should be rented with o. Approach private car.
At the place you have contact person for organizational matters.
Price of the finca per day 50 €, from 2 to 4 persons possible, from 1 week bookable. Who books the house, of course, on its own.

Beautiful finca located in the mountains between Malaga and Nerja approximately 20 minutes from the sea. Excellent central base for exploring the Costa del Sol and Andalucia. Approximately 10 minutes on unpaved roads from the nearest village. Great country and valley views with a nice afternoon and evening sea-breeze on most days. Property is well-kept and clean but needs a bit of updating. Great place to de-stress and be cut-off completely due to lack of WiFi and cellphone service - but this should have been highlighted as it created a few issues for us. Owner was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to leave the property later than agreed when our flight was cancelled and rebooked to a later time.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est parfaite pour se dépayser et passer un séjour au calme. Le paysage est fantastique. Pouvoir se baigner dans une jolie piscine à l’écart des regards et entouré de végétation. Notre famille a beaucoup apprécié.
Il y’a dans la maison toutes les commodités utiles.
Il faut être véhiculé et passer par une petite route délicate mais on s’y fait.
Les quelques abeilles autour de la piscine ne nous ont pas dérangé pour profité de nos moments de baignade. Je recommande cette maison. Miguel

Les plus : calme, isolement, contact avec la nature (oiseaux, geckos, cigales, abeilles, etc...),maison confortable et propre.
Les moins : Chemin d'accès très difficile, plus une piste qu un chemin : 4x4 quasi nécessaire. Tres nombreux moustiques dûs aux réservoirs d'eau ouverts présents sur les exploitations agricoles, guêpes squattant la piscine et pas partageuses !!
