About this apartment rental
We rent our newly renovated, open, approximately 60 m² large loft apartment with separate entrance to holiday guests who like the open and spacious construction.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything you need to feel good.
The new, open soapstone fireplace crackles comfortably on cold evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave and oven and of course fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, spices, etc.
The bathroom with the walk-in shower has been redesigned.
The bathroom has a washing machine, towels and cosmetics.
The upper bedroom with the lounge area is open plan and offers business people a glass desk with wireless internet access.
The apartment is suitable for 2 people, a third person can sleep on the new, pull-out sofa bed.
A new, private terrace belongs to the apartment.
The Centro Oberhausen, Moviepark Bottrop, Zeche Zollverein Essen, the Ruhr area, Dusseldorf and Cologne, the Roman city of Xanten, the Rhine, the Hanseatic city of Wesel, about 35 km to the Netherlands, endless forests and fields starting directly behind the house ... ,
Paddling on the lip, cycling on the Lower Rhine ....
Shops for daily needs are within walking distance in the village about 800 meters.

The loft was superb. As a welcome gift, we received white cold Rosé and chocolates. The loft is super cozy and well designed, and the bed is lovely. The only downsides are the close-to-cold shower and the early mornings due to the oncovered windows at one side.

Ich habe diese Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet und die im Internet veröffentlichten Fotos wurden tatsächlich noch übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts. Die Gastgeberin Claudia hat meine Eltern herzlich empfangen, es standen sogar ein Obstkorb und Getränke zur Begrüßung bereit. Von Duschmittel über Waschmittel (für die Waschmaschine) bis Spülmittel und Corona-Schnelltests fehlte tatsächlich nichts. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Auf der zur Wohnung gehörenden wunderschönen Terrasse hatte man das Gefühl, in der Toscana zu sitzen. Wir hoffen für die Gastgeber sehr, dass sie weiterhin viele nette Gäste bekommen, die diese Wohnung liebevoll und vernünftig behandeln, so dass diese weiterhin vielen Gästen so viel Freude und Entspannung bereitet wie meinen Eltern. Vielen Dank den tollen Gastgebern.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen schönen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Ein Ort für eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit.
