We had a very nice week with our two young boys (2 years and 3 years). The distance to the village is very convenient. Swimming pool is very close by. House was perfect and exactly as we expected based on the pictures. The hosts are also very kind and the communication went very smooth.

We (2 adults and 2 children (10 and 16)) spent 2 weeks in the lovely appartment in Biot. The appartment is located in a small neighborhood in Biot and surrounded by plants, so you are on your own. The nicley shared swimming pool area is 50 meters away. The appartment has everything you need to cater yourself. Monaco (1 hour ride) or St. Tropez (1,5 hour ride) are ideal for daytrips. Nizza and Cannes are 20 Minutes away. Sylvie and Louis are nicely hosts that gave us further ideas for trips to in the surroundings. We enjoyed our summer vacatin very much!

We stayed with our 4 and 8 years old kids for two weeks in this loveley small house in Biot located in a quite surrounding. The house is nice, clean and equipped with all necessary things and has a nice garden with a scenic view onto the village of Biot. The location is excellent for various activities without long drives. Biot, Marineland, Antibes, Nizza, Gourdon, Saint Paul, La Braque, etc. A gravel beach is close by and a sand beach in Antibes is ideal for small children. The pool has a good size for swimming and was never overcrowded. It is secured by fences and access is only possible with a key. Therefore, kids cannot get in by their own. The owners are nice people and the handover and leaving were very uncomplicated. Merci beaucoup for two weeks excellent holidays! We can highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful time at the cottage in Biot. It's got marvellous views of the village from the terrace. Only a minute's walk from the communal pool, which our two kids greatly enjoyed. The cottage itself was indeed beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners were great too and very chatty and accommodating! We'd definitely recommend it.

We were two couples who stayed for two weeks in this house. We had a great time, the house was well equiped, decorated and furnished, the garden/ outdoor and the view was lovely. Walking distance to Biot main street, and to local shops incl bakery. The owners were most helpful. Only slightly negative was the slow wifi, at times no connection.

As a couple we stayed in this lovely house for 1 week. The village of Biot is charming and quiet. The house (private house of a charming couple!) was very comfortable, clean, very well equiped and with a private parking space. From the lovely garden with very nice garden furniture we had a beautiful view on the village. Everything is there to spend a perfect, romantic stay.! We can recommend this place to friends (only !) and hope to stay there once again in the future. PS because of the paintings and carefully kept decorations in the house and the (steep) location we would not recommend it to families with children or persons with a physical handicap.

We rented this house for our holiday with our three year old son. The place is more beautiful than in the pictures! the owners were flexible, helpful and very friendly. The house is spacious, well equiped and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged. The shared pool is very good too and meant our son met other children. You have two boulangeries near by and the town within walking distance. We are already thinking of booking for next year!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten. Nach Biot kann man bequem laufen und die schöne Altstadt von Antibes ist ebenfalls in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Sylvie und Louis waren sehr bemüht und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben.

Nous y avons passé deux très belles semaines! La maison est agréablement située dans un quartier très calme et à proximité du centre du village de Biot (tout en étant assez à l’écart pour être au calme)et à quelques minutes de la mer. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied. La terrasse offre une très belle vue sur Biot. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous proposeront volontiers les activités à faire dans le coin. Bref, tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Sylvie et Louis. Ce sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés (conseils de visites, bouteille de vin et pot de miel à l’arrivée- tous excellents), et la maison est très agréable. Elle est très bien située, au calme mais près d’activités variées. La terrasse et le jardin sont un vrai paradis, avec une vue imprenable sur Biot. La piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Elle est peu fréquentée et la température de l’eau est parfaite. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps, ce sera pour une prochaine fois!

Charmante petite maison où il fait bon vivre, on ne se lasse pas de la vue imprenable sur Biot, la terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables, nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur car la maison est dans un écrin de verdure et il y a toujours une petite brise bien agréable. Grâce aux conseils de Sylvie et Louis nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques endroits de cette belle région.

Un immense merci à Sylvie et Louis pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons été accueillis par des personnes attentionnées qui nous ont permis de passer un superbe séjour grâce à leurs idées de balades magnifiques. La maison est exactement comme sur l'annonce. La vue est magnifique et quel plaisir de contempler la vue du village de biot illuminé le soir. Nos filles de 9 et 12 ans ont profité de la piscine très peu fréquentée et très agréable. Je recommande à 1000% ce séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour fort sympathique dans cette charmante petite maison, bien ombragée et joliment aménagée. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la maison, y compris un lave linge et une plancha! Les propriétaires Sylvie et Louis nous ont indiqués pleins de bons plans pour visiter Biot et ses alentours, ce qui est fort appréciable lorsqu’on ne connaît pas le coin. La piscine partagée située en contrebas de la maison est grande et peu fréquentée, donc bien agréable.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos deux petites filles (7 et 4 ans) à Biot dans la maison de Sylvie et Louis. Une maison très agréable, parfaitement située avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le village de Biot. (Les photos sont parfaitement fidèles à la réalité) Un véritable havre de paix dans un petit village authentique et animé à seulement quelques kilomètres de la côte méditerranéenne. Famille avec 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans: tout le monde a apprécié le séjour, les uns pour la piscine, les autres pour le calme et la tranquillité. La région est très sympa, les propriétaires aussi. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus, mit eigenem Garten und tollen Ausblick auf das mittelalterliche Städtchen Biot verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die große Holzterrasse ist wie ein weiterer Wohnraum mit gemütlichen Möbel. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und hat eine Grillmöglichkeit. Bis zum Meer mit Kiesstrand sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Schöne Ausflüge kann man nach Nizza, Cannes, Antibes und die vorgelagerten Inseln machen, und auch die Berge sind in 1h zu erreichen. Biot ist ein zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat schöne Restaurants. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und geben Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy house with a lovely view. We especially liked the fact that it is 2 minutes walk from the local tennis club, and 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Biot with several nice restaurants (including a 1 star restaurant). The house is also close to the nature where you can go for a walk. The owners were very friendly and answered all requests we had.
