About this villa rental
This wonderful Sicily villa in Ragusa area, is located in a very exclusive residence in Marina di Ragusa.The interior of the villa is composed by 2 spacious double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms facing the pool. The living area, comfortable and bright, gives to the patio. Finally the kitchen stylish and fully equipped. All the rooms of the house have an opening to the exterior. The 2 bathrooms are with showers.The property has all the comfort you need for a perfect vacation: AC, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking… The villa shows at the exterior a big pool (5×10), a shower, an open space with chairs and sofa, all immersed in a green garden with tropical plants, english lawn and typical Sicilian trees. The exterior is completed by a patio facing the pool where you may enjoy unfogettable dinners and Sicilian moments. By this patio there is the BBQ area. The well known golden sandy beach of this area is almost 1 km away and the villages of Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata are 2,5 km's away.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.

La villa è in una zona tranquilla a poche centinaia di metri da una bellissima ampia spiaggia. Ben realizzata con un esterno molto vivibile: prato, piscina, palme e grande olivo che funge da ombrellone naturale. A pochi km cittadine turistiche ben attrezzate.

Propriétaires très disponibles en cas de besoin. Maison bien équipée toute proche de la petite ville de Donnalucata avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Belle piscine. Nous avons passé une très bon séjour en famille et recommandons cette location. Merci à Sandra pour sa disponibilité et ses bonnes adresses.
