Apartment of 140 square meters. well lit and equipped, complete with independent heating and two bathrooms, easy to reach. A few steps from the historic center, the University, the astronomical clock of the cathedral and the main monuments of the city. The Vittorio Emanuele Theater can be reached with a pleasant walk in less than 10 minutes and many theater companies, established actors and entertainment operators have found the ideal structure for their stays.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5, dal 20 al 26 maggio. L'appartamento è estremamente accogliente: ampio, luminoso, pulito e ben arredato (bagni inclusi, una lode va alla cabina doccia con tanto di radio e cromoterapia! )
Il proprietario è stato da subito super reperibile e disponibile, suggerendoci anche luoghi da visitare e locali convenienti in cui mangiare.
In casa erano già presenti generi alimentari di base (acqua in frigo, pasta, té, zucchero e sale, olio e aceto, e altro) oltre a beni di consumo (come bagnoschiuma, shampoo, prodotti per la casa, ecc...) non sono mancati asciugamani puliti, lenzuola, coperte e molto altro!
Il quartiere è signorile e tranquillo (di giorno come di notte), a due passi dal centro e da diversi supermercati e negozi.
Esperienza super positiva, assolutamente consigliato per comfort e serietà!
