About this villa rental
On the first floor independent villa, spread over an area of 160sqm.

Access to the independent Cancello villa, outdoor space with two parking spaces and stairway to the house floor. It is possible to take a shower outdoors or use it for outdoor play.

One leads to a bedroom with a double bed. from the second entrance you enter a living room with a sofa bed with a double mattress. from here there is access to a large kitchen with cupboard, sink, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, table and chairs. There is a bathroom with sink and toilet. Separate shower with independent access. The kitchen opens onto a covered veranda with a washing machine and cleaning accessories. A large corridor leads to the sleeping area with two large bedrooms. One double bedroom, the other accommodates up to four beds. There are wardrobes, bedside tables. The house is well served, at 200 meters supermarket where you can buy fruit, vegetables, local cheeses and meats and everything you need for your shopping.
At 800m free beach and starting from one and a half km wide free beaches and bathing establishments. The center is within walking distance with a pleasant promenade. At the center there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways, fish shops with fresh fish at good prices, ovens and bakeries with takeaway food. In the center it is possible to rent bicycles, richot, boats. It is possible to take passages from boatmen to the opposite island where you can spend a different day at sea.

Alloggio ben organizzato che si trova veramente in un posto ottimo per le persone che vogliono passare le serate passeggiando sul lungomare di portocesareo intrattenendosi con locali e musica. Proprietari gentilissimi che si sono messi a disposizione sin dall'inizio. In generale il quartiere vige di una quiete prospera per chi vuole un po' di serenità. Complessivamente un posto ottimo sia a livello geografico sia a livello funzionale!
