The Villa has a fenced park of 5000 square meters. of pines, oaks, palms

It is about 270 m from the immaculate Feniglia beach and 50 m. from the entrance of the Feniglia natural oasis (deer, wild boar etc.)
about 450 m. from the lagoon of Orbetello where it nests a large colony of pink flamingos, as in africa.
At about 15 km there are golf courses, Polo and wellness center with massages and heated swimming pool. The tennis courts are only 50 meters away.
And 'the only villa that allows, in the exclusive area of the island, to access the sea and the natural park without a car, not being, in addition, the use of vehicles. At the request of the guests we organize Tuscan cooking classes.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, keine Probleme, alles war so, wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Bad ist ziemlich klein, aber für zwei Personen ausreichend.

It is well situated. Could be cleaner. Owner hospitality could improove. Pictures are actually better than the reality. I would not return; other places are as close to the beach and less expansive.
