About this apartment rental
Spacious studio with cabin 30m² on the first floor of a small building situated on the sea front close to Canne's Old Port and the Palais des Festivals.Perfect for business or holiday. Recently renovated to a very high standard.From the terrace, there is a magnificent sea view. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs. You will be able to enjoy a drink and your meals outside and if you wish to eat in the shade, the terrace is partly covered to protect you from the sun. The owners have given a lot of thought in ensuring that their guests have everything they need to ensure a successful holiday. The studio has been furnished and equipped to welcome two guests.
In the living room, you will find a very comfortable, easy to fold and unfold, sofa bed with an excellent mattress. There is a cabin bedroom with bunk beds.
Private parking space underrneath the building.
TV giving both french and italian. Wifi.
The reversible air conditioning ensures an interior temperature to suit all our guests in any season.
Restaurants on your doorstep and grocery shopping just 10 minutes walk from Marchée Forville and Rue Meynadier.
Sheets and towels are not included but can be hired with prior arrangement at a cost of 20 euros per person.
Folding cot available on request.

What a glorious place to stay in Cannes! Two of us came for the Cannes Film Festival in May and this could not have been a better location. It was less than a 10 minute walk to all events at the Palais and Croisette. The terrace was the highlight as we spent most of our time there taking in the views of the ocean and people watching. The host made check in easy and responded to all our questions quickly. The bedding was comfortable and we paid a little extra for linen service. The small room had one bed and plenty of drawers and cabinet space. The fold out couch in the main room of the studio was also great with cabinet space as well. There was a full length mirror in the hall closet, hair dryer, iron, and the kitchen was equipped with utensils, wine opener, glassware, bowls and plates. The checkout process was also easy. The host met us for key hand off on arrival and departure. 10/10 would stay again!
