A magnificent complex consisting of a guesthouse of approximately 140 sqm. surface and a main house of approximately 240 sqm. surface, surrounded by a mature garden, protected from the eye by a tall wall on a plot of land of approximately 1.400 sqm. There is a secluded beach 2 minutes walk from the house. In 5 minutes car ride, one can enjoy the island’s longest sandy beach, Golden Beach.
