About this apartment rental

Free Wifi Fiber Optic, Smart TV connected to the internet. Splendid and spacious apartment with fantastic views of the sea, swimming pools and gardens. The beach is just outside the urbanization. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many shops, restaurants and shops. The apartment has 120 m2 with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, living room with large dining room, kitchen and a large terrace where you can relax. It has a large common parking, huge gardens with two tennis courts and a paddle tennis court and a very large pool with a restaurant next to the pool only for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and a sports court to play football. Just outside the urbanization towards the sea is the beach, and on the other hand there are supermarkets one step away (Mercadona and Supersol) that has everything, a pharmacy and several types of shops.

Great apartment. Clean, spacious and in a central location with secure entry to the grounds so we felt very safe. The garden and pool areas are very well kept and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Large supermarket just outside of the complex. Host communication was excellent and met us at the property to check in/out. Will return in future.

Fantastic apartment as described by host Javier.Javier was brilliant and contacts you immediately after booking and talks you through everything. His son met us at the main gate to give us the keys and show us around the apartment.It is on the 13th floor accessible by two lifts, never really had to wait long to get a lift. The views are stunning!The pool is massive and warm! You get pool passes given to you and you present these on entry.Positives-ViewsCleanliness Fast internetAirconLess than 10min drive from Malaga airportFacilities everything you needNegatives-First time we’ve stayed this far up (normally Benelmadina) it’s not as busy as other places but we liked that, there’s just about enough restaurants.We didn’t mind it not being that busy and we were probably only a handful of British on the site which for us was nice.

We had a lovely time in a well equipped high standard apartment with great sea views.The gardens are well kept and the pool is really big with plenty of loungers and a restaurant/bar.The seafront with all bars and restaurants is a short walk but still far away from any noise.

This apartment is a fantastic find. A spacious, immaculately clean, 3 bedroom apartment; located 5 minutes away from the beach, supermarket and a great selection of restaurants. It was also a very short journey from the airport by taxi, so absolutely no need for a car. The communal areas with this apartment block are fantastic. So well maintained and very safe, they can only be used by residents. We spent most of our time near the children’s pool, which was fenced in and had a play area right next to it. Similarly the adult pool was great, with a restaurant too. The children could not use toys or inflatables in the adult pool, but this was allowed in the children’s pool. Which actually kept the adult pool as a more relaxed area which was great! This apartment and the location of the beach and restaurants made it the perfect holiday for our family with young children.

This apartment, located on the waterfront about 10-15 mins walk from Torremolinos centre is a little gem of a find! The apartment is in a complex of tower blocks which are all gated. The grounds are beautifully maintained and within the complex there is a lovely swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis tables. The apartment itself is beautiful and was very well presented. Everything was catered for and the hosts were very accomodating throughout the whole process from the initial booking. I would highly recommend this for a family instead of expensive hotels. We will definitely use this again if we go back to Torremolinos.

Lovely spacious and bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cleaning and laundry products available. Terrace had a lovely view of sea and pool. Although a very large complex with high rise apartments didn't feel crowded with lots of well maintained garden space. Nicest pool ever, huge and not cold. Restaurant at pool reasonably priced with decent food. A very secure complex also, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

I can’t say enough about Javier, he is very friendly, very helpful and extremely prompt in returning messages. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is spacious and bright, and I love the fact you can open the windows on the balcony or close them, depending on the weather very great feature. Amazing views through every window and equipped with everything you need and more. The location was fantastic! A 5 min walk to the grocery store less than 10 to the beach 15 minutes walk to the train station or town central. A truly beautiful property!! Thank you Javier!

We were there with our three children and we had the best time. The perfectly located apartment had everything we needed and more. It was clean, functional, modern and extremely relaxing after a day at the beach. Torremolinos is a lively town, perfect for a fun holiday. The apartment is in a gated community so we felt really safe leaving our tweens home a few times so we could have an adult dinner out (while they enjoyed the really fast Wifi!!). Javier was very easy to reach and very responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO.

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We loved the gardens and pool area which were very well maintained. Very close to the promenade and restaurants and there was a well stocked supermarket nearby. We loved our stay here.

The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible... It really is a home from home. I loved the fact that the balcony was enclosed with windows that you could either slide open or close them. As we had a 6, 4 and 1. 5 year old with us, it was peace of mind for me as I had been anxious about being so high up with young children. Especially the baby who likes to throw things... a bottle on the head from 13 stories up could do damage! The gardens and pool areas were beauful and very well maintained, lots of trees etc making it look very lush and plenty of shade from the sun if wanted. Also felt very safe and secure. The location is very central, with a large supermarket on your doorstep, and very close to the beach and plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops etc very close by. Also, Javier and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. The only suggestion that I would have to make the apartment even better would be to put a fan in the small single bedroom. As there is no air con in that room, it can get quite warm but I think a fan with the door open would make it much cooler. All in all, an excellent apartment and we hope to return again next year.

We stayed in the apartment for a week in june 2018, we where there also in june 2017 but then we stayed in Javiers other apartment. We are so pleased with everything. Javier responded to all our questions quickly and even helped us with ideas for trips outside the city of Torremolinos, plus helped us book a taxi for an early flight home. The apartment is just great, it has everything you need to feel relaxed. The poolarea is fresh and clean, and the gardens are beautiful with a playground for the children. There are also another poolarea you have access to, but we didn't go there this time. It is very close to a large supermarket, a fruitestore and a bakery. The view from the balcony is stunning. The beach is only a five minutes walk away, and it has a shady place perfect for children, with trees. Along the beachwalk, a few minutes away from the apartment, is many stores and restaurants. We took a taxi to Benalmádena pueblo (20 euros one way), the old city of Benalmadena, for a day and that we recommend. We are so happy to have found this paradise, and we are coming back for sure! /Ida, Sweden

This apartment has everything you could wish for. Clean, modern, all you could wish for. The view from the balcony overlooks the beautiful gardens and has sea view. Pool area is amazing and has a lifeguard. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to supermarket. great Irish pub serving good food and the sea promenade. The owner was very friendly and all the booking was straight forward. Would recommend this apartment 100%. Will be back next year, this was excellent value for money.

We are a family of 5 with no car and this apartment was perfect for us. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen was fab with everything there. Smart TV kept our youngest entertained while we prepared lunch. Javier was excellent and very responsive and punctual. Supermarket is a 4min walk away with everything you need there. (The fish counter is amazing if you like fish) - Beach is 1min from supermarket with loads of restaurants to choose from. If you are thinking of booking this apartment and there is availability book it as there will always be big demand for an apartment like this. 10/10
