About this house rental
Modern furnished two bedroom property overlooking the communal pool and well maintained gardens.
A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom townhouse just across the border from the Portuguese Algarve. Well furnished, good quality one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
The property has gardens front and rear, the communal pools are accessed directly from the private rear garden. there are also balconies off of both of the bedrooms and a small roof terrace with views of Portugal and Spain.
The complex is enclosed and private, with electric barriers and keys for communal access.
There are 3 restaurants just a 3 minute walk from the house offering a great diverse selection of food and drink with elevated views over the golf course, it's a beautiful spot to watch the sunset!
Just 10 minutes drive from the house is the stunning fishing port of Ayamonte situated on the mouth of the Guardiana River.
Ayamonte has a modern marina and regular ferry crossings connecting it with Portugal where you can easily pop over for lunch.
There are stunning beaches within 20 minutes away both in Spain and Portugal.
Local Activities include golf, padel, amazing beaches with both surfing and kite surfing schools, water parks, horse riding, walking, Go karting.
There is also a zip wire 20 minutes away where you can 'fly' from Spain to Portugal across the Guardiana river!

The town of Ayamonte has shops, restaurants, squares, an air conditioned theatre / opera house, the cultural heritage is amazing. The town has many small narrow streets with extensive facilities. There are many festivals and outdoor concerts during the summer with opera and music in the various squares.
The house is on the Golf complex of Costa Esuri where the course, Isla Canela Links has been used on the Alps Tour and the DP World Tour (Q-School-Stage 2), it has also been included in the prestigious list of the 100 best golf resorts in continental Europe. https://www.islacanela.es/golf/isla-canela-links
The golf clubhouse is a 15 minute walk away serving food and drinks to golfers and non golfers alike.
There are numerous courses in the area, Our parent course, Isla Canela old course (Spain), Quinta de Vale and Castro Marim (Portugal) are a 15 minute drive away. The stunning Monte Rei is 30 mins away

The atmosphere on the square is friendly but not intrusive. It's a great place to relax and a very safe happy place for children.
The house comes fully equipped to make your stay home from home : dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, Kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer. TV with an Amazon firestick, iron and ironing board.
There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms but not downstairs. There is an industrial size fan for use downstairs if needed.
Additionally there are two portable heaters for use in colder weather.

Quiet and enjoyable. Comfortable beds and very quiet area. Covered patio and sun shade to sit outside. Communal swimmingpool right outside the gate. Allocated parking in front of house and supermarket, snack bar 10 mins walk.

El apartamento está muy bien, tal y como en las fotografías. Era lo que estaba buscando para pasar unos días en familia, hay que usar el coche para todo pero eso ya lo sabía.
Muy cómodo entrar a la piscina desde el propio porche.
La única pega son las almohadas y los sofás.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Una casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones con relax. Urbanización cerrada, segura y muy muy tranquila. Ideal para hacer visitas tanto en España como en Portugal. No esta muy cerca de la playa, la mas cercana unos 20 minutos en coche, pero para nosotros no ha sido ningún problema pues se compensaba con lo cómodos que estábamos en la casa y la urbanización.
Sin duda si volvemos por la zona repetiremos.
