This delightfully presented cottage is in the village of St Martin in Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Bolithos Retreat is a converted sail loft in a superb countryside setting, with easy access to kayaking, walking, cycling and sailing. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom and has a modern shower room which is on the ground floor. The open plan living area is a delightful social space. There is an enclosed decked area with garden table and chairs for alfresco nibbles, plus off road parking for one car. Located with easy access to Helford, Bolithos Retreat is an excellent romantic country retreat. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, stair-gate and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed decked patio area with furniture. One pet welcome. Dog bed provided. Sorry no smoking. Shop 3 miles. Please note: stairs in the property are steep, please take extra care.

Town: Helford is a picturesque village on the south side of the Helford River. Helford is very popular with its thatched cottages, excellent village stores and especially The Shipwrights Arms, right on the edge of the creek with its waterside terrace. Just a short walk away is Frenchman’s Creek, immortalised by Daphne du Maurier. The Helford River Sailing Club is very popular and a regatta is held every August. In the summer a passenger ferry runs to Helford passage, the home of the Ferryboat Inn, and nearby to the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The wildlife on the Helford River is diverse and a birdwatcher’s paradise.

A great place to stay in a little hamlet with a great pub that had a band playing when we went, & good food! It was in a perfect area for all the places we wanted to visit, towards the bottom of Cornwall, managed to fit most places in in the 2 weeks we were there. Beaches and coves were amazing! Azure blue seas.quaint little villages and coastal walks. Bolitho’s retreat was perfect for me and my husband and our Labrador Lexi!
