PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Palmeta Palm One-bedroom condo is an excellent adults only vacation rental situated at the serene condominium resort of PalmAruba Condos. This condo offers an open living room with a balcony overlooking the resort pool area, a TV, a sofa bed, a 4-seat dining table, and a fully supplied kitchen.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in hallway next to the laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.
Additional comforts include central air conditioning in every indoor space, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking as well as two cable TVs (one in the living room and in the bedroom). This condo is perfect for a couple, a family vacationing together, or groups of friends staying at the same resort with individual condos. This condo is located on the fourth floor in the south building. Sleeps max 2+2 - Adults Only

Overall this was a great condo unit and facility. The unit was spacious and clean. The pool area of the facility is excellent and BBQ's were top notch. It is literally 3 min drive to beach, so location is ideal. Queen bed was comfy and unit was fairly well equipped, but would recommend a few updates to make the stay even better for next guest - for instance beach chairs were nice, but umbrella would be a nice add, a few extra's in kitchen would be good - such as tongs for BBQ, a few necessities like pepper, steak knives, salad servers, instructions for safe. Air freshener's were a bit too strong...Don't want to knit-pick, since unit was great, but this would just add icing on top!!
