Sandpebble 2E is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located right on the Sanibel River! This updated condo features an open floor plan, river front views, and a short stroll to the beach just across the street. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the heated community pool or play a few rounds of tennis. This lushly landscaped 23-unit property also offers gas grills, outdoor dining tables, elevators and coin operated laundry facilities.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Daybed & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 2 flat screen Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated community pool, coin operated on-site laundry facility, fully equipped kitchen, tennis courts, elevators, 2 BBQ grills, parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Great stay. The only minor inconvenience was laundry. Their were pay machines on site that worked well, but we have become accustomed to laundry facilities in our rooms at other locations on Sanibel. The onsite machines were always available and worked well, just not as convenient.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Friends told us about the availability of the condo and recommended it. We were very pleased with the location and access to the beach. Walking and bike paths were readily available. The condo was very clean and quiet. Backing on the River was very peaceful - especially for observing wildlife. More kitchenware for cooking and reheating would have been appreciated. A folder with suggestions for shopping and dining would be very helpful. We enjoyed a restful two weeks.
