• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.
Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Meals are delivered straight to the house.

Overall the house was clean, but the bathroom on the first floor kept needing the handle to be shook in order for it not to stay running. Also, the light in the bedroom on the 1st floor had to warm up before coming on.

We rented this property to swim in the sun, relax, and spend time together. Really enjoyed the pool (be sure to pay for heat!) and the privacy that the walls provided. Also the position of the yard allowed for great sun exposure. Resort pool was very nice as well - clean and well maintained, and the property does a good job keeping access only to residents.
The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. However, the couches could use a good cleaning, they were pretty dirty. Carpeting is worn as well. Kitchen supplies were extremely limited. We could have used a simple broom and dustpan, a few kitchen towels, and a few pans (only pots provided). Fridge drawers were cracked and jammed as well, although the property management was quick to respond and send maintenance when we let them know about this.

The house was adequate however the seating area in the living area was uncomfortable for families. VRBO was responsive in responding to requests when we called for a need or repair. Met needs but did not impress. The clubhouse was lovely however and great for families.
