This home offers both convenience and location. Well maintained Single home 1-1/4 block from the beach and boardwalk in the North End of Ocean City, NJ. Tons of outdoor space - relax on the fantastic double wide front porch or have a family BBQ in the rear yard complete with Weber Char Grill. Patio set with umbrella in rear yard and large front porch provide seating for everyone to enjoy those warm, quiet summer evenings. This 2-story home has an excellent layout featuring living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen as well as a main level bedroom with a queen sized bed which is perfect for those who do not want to climb stairs. Upper level consists of three large bedrooms; center bedroom with two double beds and each side bedroom has two single beds in each (no bunk beds). There is also a small sitting room with TV situated off the kitchen area so the home offers a lot of room for the family to spread out. Great location; park your car and walk to your favorite places.
This is an older home and is well cared for as you can see from the photos. Property is checked by Owner at every changeover to assure the home is in a clean and acceptable condition for the next guests. We warmly welcome you to our shore house to experience a great family vacation! Upon reservation request, a Lease will be forwarded for your review and signature.
Renter must be at least 25 years old. No event/group gatherings or Senior Week Rentals - Families only please.
Maximum Occupancy: 10 (including children)
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
Check-in 2:00pm - Check-out 10:00am.

The minute I entered the house I felt at home. It has a familiar feel to it and the big front porch makes this place so inviting!
The house was the perfect amount of space for our group which included two adults and four teenagers. My husband and I had the downstairs bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves while my daughter and her three friends had the upstairs to themselves so we were never on top of each other. The house is definitely big enough for more people.
The distance to the boardwalk and beach is perfect. Close enough for the teenagers to walk there and just far away enough for my husband and I to stay away from the crowds and enjoy our peaceful evenings on the front porch. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house was ideal! We could all spread out when we wanted to and not be on top of each other. My husband and I had a Queen`size room on the first floor and our children and grandchildren were upstairs. And with beds for 10 we were all quite comfortable. There was a window unit in each room! The kitchen was unbelievably stocked with dishware and cutlery for at least 10 and with the huge dining room table, we could sit together for a nice meal every night. There is a cute little store across the street, with simple little items that you might have forgotten and then just a few blocks away there is a deli that has a little grocery store with simple items. It was SUPER CLEAN! Huge covered double wide front porch with lots of seating. Perfect for morning coffee! The owners were very accommodating and got right back to me with any questions that I had. They even waited until we got there, so we could have their parking spot right in front of the house. This brings me to why I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5. There is NO designated parking spot with this house, which appears to be the case on a lot of these streets. If you plan to park and not go anywhere, it's fine, but if you are having company or anyone is commuting down after work, it was an issue. Also, there was a sign on the washer/dryer combo, to please not wash beach towels. Kind of tricky with 8 of us using them. There was no outside hose to wash off feet, the faucet had been turned off somewhere. The block and a half from the beach was actually .6 miles from the beach. So you either went down for the morning or for the afternoon. There was really no easy back and forth for lunch with little ones. All in all, though, it was a lovely week spent with my family!

Great location, great front porch, comfortable beds but VERY tired interior. Could not find one comfortable place to sit in the living room or small tv room.
