The brand new 3 bedroom pool villa with modern tropical design , furnishing with asian elements, be clam and privacy place. The total size area is 400
Living space:
- Air-conditioned living room with providing LCD screen TV, worldwide TV satellite, and DVD player.
- 3 comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning and own bathroom, large double beds and premium bedding, overlooking pool and garden
- a fully equipped kitchen - with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot-cold water dispenser, full kitchenwares etc.
Outside space: dining terrace, garden and swimming pool.
- The large space of terrace which is for dining & lounge area for 8 persons, direct access to swimming pool size 3.5 x8 meters.
- Private car parking

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

Great property. Well appointed and very spacious. It’s a little out of the way, but we really grew to love that about it as it’s a great break from the busy chaos of Phuket.
