Discover the Old Town and feel a part of its history by staying in this newly renovated traditional house. This beautiful house has a large courtyard to the front with views from the balcony over the Old Town.
The house has been lovingly restored by the owners and retains many of its unusual features. The house has a simple elegance but features modern facilities such as fully equipped kitchen, living room area, dining area. Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has lovely views towards the Old Town with double glass doors opening directly onto a large balcony which overlooks the courtyard. The second bedroom is a lovely bright room with bunk beds. Every room is equipped with air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.
The house is situated in a quiet part of the old town with lots of lovely restaurants and shops a two minute walk away through the picturesque narrow streets.

The house is perfectly located in the middle of the old town, out of the caos of the resorts along the beach, and instead close to all little good restaurants of Malia, and supermakets. Super equipped, stylishly refurbished, it is a marvellous retreat for a reaxing vacation!

Joanna was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Old Malia is beautiful and we had a good time trying all of the nearby tavernas.

We had a lovely week in the renovated house directly in the center of the old city of Malia which allowed us to be within walking distance of local Greek establishments. The house was quaint and had everything that you need for a short stay; during our stay the manager was very helpful.
