About this house rental
One of Folly's Best! Casa Del Sol is a new 3 bedroom 3.5 bath modern luxury home. Located just two blocks from the vibrant center of Folly Beach and four blocks from the beach. There is a stunning primary suite with lots of space w/ a king sized bed, huge flat screen TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Off the primary there is a large 2nd story porch that is only accessible through this bedroom. On this level you will also find a second bedroom equipped with two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. The laundry room can be found upstairs too. Heading downstairs you will find the third bedroom complete with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is a gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan rolling into the spacious living room which is equipped with a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace waiting to be enjoyed. Outdoors, you will find an incredible dining area with a state of the art gas grill and burner, and an outdoor shower. This is a truly special house where the owners have customized everything with comfort in mind.

The house was very nice. It was not far from the beach or Center Street. There were 8 of us 4 adults and 4 teenagers.
The only complaint we really had was the temperature of the house being pretty hot up stairs.
I highly recommend this property.

A group of 8 spent 4 nights in Folly Beach at this rental location. The house was immaculate with shiny wooden floors, spotless counters, and lovely decor. Folly's Best Rentals left one roll of paper towels, a sponge with little dish soap, a few dishwasher and laundry pods, a couple toilet paper rolls, and mini soaps for the bathroom/shower. The house was in a perfect location to walking to the 24/7 market, Chico Feo (amazing tacos), the beach/pier, etc. You can walk everywhere! Outside of the house was a grill (Folly Best Rentals said propane needed to be provided, but it had a natural gas line hooked up to it), outdoor table area, shower, and 4 covered parking spots. Inside the home provided pots, pans, utensils, fridge, wine fridge, and mini fridge. The ice maker for the main fridge was not working during our stay, so we had to buy bags. There were extra linen, pillows, blankets found in various closets for guests who stayed on air mattresses we brought. There were a few things we wish were included: more paper towels and toilet paper and dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies for counters, plastic wrap/aluminum foil, more Tupperware, working ice maker (but never reached out to management during stay for this issue), larger shampoo/conditioner/liquid hand soap for bathrooms, more dish towels. When people were flying from across the state we were not able to bring normal household items and felt they could've been stocked to help keep the home tidy. Overall amazing stay!

The house is beautiful, very quiet, and clean! Easy walking distance to the beach and town. Great staff and easy to work with! Highly recommend for a family vacation.

This is a beautiful house at Folly Beach. 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the little downtown area. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with it’s own bath. A great grill setup with plenty of outdoor seating. The house is immaculate. Beautifully decorated, super clean, very updated. A+++. I will definitely be back for another stay. :-)
