Beautiful 3-bedroom and 2-bath condo is perfect for your next getaway. Professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra precautions on disinfection to protect our guests. Condo has many upgrades, including new stainless steel appliances. Tuscana Resort is a gated community that is impeccably maintained. Tuscana Resort offers great amenities, such as a fitness center, restaurant, community pool, and playground. The large swimming pool has a separate kiddie pool, a jet spa, and complimentary cabanas, along with an outdoor picnic area and playground. It is located right outside of Champions Gate, close to major highways, restaurants, shopping centers, and theme parks. The unit was clean, spacious and functional. TVs worked well and had plenty of choices. Kitchen had all the amenities. It is a nice development with a great location. Very easy to work with property owner / manager on check-in and a late change on the reservation date. WiFI was very strong.

We had a great time visiting in Florida. Our condo was the perfect size with three bedrooms and two baths. Everything was so neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed the screened in patio area.
The pool was a nice size but because it was December we spent more time in the hot tub.
We were located in the back area of the resort so it was very peaceful back there. But even so we were still close to shopping for groceries and gas and restaurants.
Maria was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond to help us out . We would certainly stay here again.

Unit is in a great area with plenty of food and close to the highway. Nice appliances, plenty of pool towels. We liked that it was tucked away in the back. You could hear street noise from the pool but not from our unit. AC worked great and plenty of kitchen stuff. Unit is very worn. Carpet is dirty and the unit smelled so strongly of dampness that we had to febreeze everything (I know Florida is very humid and has that smell about it but this hit you in the face when you walked in, not a good first impression). Lots of hair in the bathrooms, sticky nightstands needed wiped down and only 1 dishwasher soap for 6 nights. Also only 1 small kitchen trash bag. Next time I will bring a couple of those items myself. Garbage disposal has the wrong drain assembly so you cannot use it. No salt or pepper and there were not grills by the playground. Overall it needs a good scrubbing.
