About this cottage rental
An amazing Hacienda style, self contained, little villa only 5 minutes walk to town. Close to all beaches and wineries of the area.
The Hacienda has only one bedroom with a king and bunk bed.
Wheelchair friendly access also.
Surrounded by native grass trees and your own verandah with bbq area.
Guests can enjoy a range of relaxing massage and body treatments at our onsite massage studio. Tracey has over 20 years experience in the wellness industry and brings a wholistic approach to every body.
Unfortunately we can not host school leavers during leavers week.
Visiting dogs need to be included in the booking request. EV charging only with prior approval

Martina’s property was absolutely beautiful, the photos do not give it justice. Unfortunately we came down after what the news called a 100 year storm which had taken the power from the whole area, Martina went out of her way to make sure we had everything to make the best out of a bad situation, and as soon as she was informed from the power authority that power would not likely be restored till after we were due to leave she made us a aware so we could find alternative accommodation. She also promptly had the refund completed. We will be sure to try and stay at Martina’s lovely property the next time we are in Dunsborough area. 100% recommended and extremely friendly.

The property was clean and comfortable and had a secure garden for the dogs. It was walking distance from the town centre in a nice quiet area. We are so pleased that we chose that place and would definitely stay there again.
