SWISS 28 is a villa 3 Beds/3Baths with Pool & Jacuzzi ~ (OPTIONAL***This unit has the ability to heat the pool or Jacuzzi. One or the other - at an additional cost) Beautiful and recently renovated Villa located in the main division of the famous Swiss Ski School. This three bedroom / three bathroom villa is just a few minutes walking distance from the man made waterski lakes and the golf course. Its location makes it one of the most rented units of the development. Located in a vast and well maintained park next to the start of Tee #2 and in front of Lake Stephanie, Lot 28 offers you the best of both worlds: a beautiful view of both ski lakes and Flag #2. This villa is also equipped with a screened in patio, infinity pool. Every evening, from the chaise lounge by the pool or on the deck by the lake shore, you will enjoy an incredible sunset over Flag #2 and the lakes! Propane BBQ rental - at an extra cost.

RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.



To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

Always remember to book lodging before flights!

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.

Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D

All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.



Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

Check-In time is 5:00 pm.

Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.



PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :



Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.



• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.



• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.



• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Place was clean and well organized. Labels on the switches were helpful. Layout of the house was perfect for families. Our family was really happy with our stay. Only recommendation is to clear the front walkway of the moss, because it gets slippery when it gets wet. Also, there are a few wasps nest right next to the doors, but for the most part they didn't bother us! Thanks for providing a good place for us to stay!

Very safe and very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were all friendly and waved whenever we were out. The house was perfect for us with plenty of room and a great open layout. The office manager was so nice and so helpful it was astounding. We would absolutely stay here again.
