About this house rental
Nice apartment located in a very quiet residence, it has an optimal position to enjoy tranquility and relaxation. The house is located 150 meters from the Bisani waterfront and from the beautiful bike path to reach the tourist port, the free beaches with the typical golden sand and the center of Marina di Ragusa in just a few steps or a pleasant ride. At the entrance you will find the strong point of the house, a large veranda, equipped with a barbecue kitchen, a laundry room with shower, tables and chairs to have lunch and dinner and why not also to use as a solarium. To underline that Veranda-Kitchen-Barbecue and laundry with shower are absolutely yours. The apartment is for your complete use. Inside you will find a large single living room kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, TV, washing machine, microwave and a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and finally a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with 2 air conditioners that can be converted into heat pumps for the coldest months. Garage / private covered parking space should not be underestimated. Available on request cot, changing mat and high chair.

We had an amazing 9 day stay in this fabulous rental. Very spacious, very clean. The location was perfect for us. Very close to a little supermarket and very close to the boardwalk. A 10-15 minute walk to the Marina di Ragusa Beach. The host was extremely helpful with suggestions for our time in Sicily. He was easy to reach and made our stay very enjoyable! We loved the outdoors space of the rental and used it every day. We highly recommend this rental! And we will definitely stay there again next time we come to Sicily.

Before we arrived Adele & Salvo were very helpful and generous with their time, sharing information about the area. We also found them to be very hospitable and over the length of our stay, we came to regard them as our friends.
The house suited us down to the ground and was very clean: it was a little walk into MDR itself and in doing so the casa location offered us tranquility...a place to return to when we return to MDR

My wife and I stayed in Adele’s apartment for a week in February. It was very comfortable. We only used one of the two bedrooms. It will comfortably sleep 4. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need.
It has a great outdoor area with a grill, oven and showers very well suited for a summer vacation. Adele was a very helpful host arranging to meet us for check in to show us the apartment. She was always available to answer questions.
The only negative was that being there in winter required us to use the heat. There are two heaters that adequately heat the apartment but they can’t both be on with the water heater or with the washing machine. Obviously if you’re coming in summer, this is not an issue. The inside shower is typical Italian size which is a bit tight for me (6 feet tall, 200 pounds; 183cm, 91kg).

Das Ferienhaus entsprach ganz und gar der Beschreibung!
Verkehrsgünstige Lage, dennoch kein Verkehrslärm.
Wer Sizilien liebt und die Bewohner mag, der bekommt hier mehr geboten als erwartet.
Für Pedanten und 5-Sterne-plus-Touristen ist ein Ferienhaus sowieso nicht zu empfehlen.
Wie haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt, dass wir uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Ferienhaus ADELE freuen
