About this house rental
"Hi Welcome - Our beautiful London house is set in a safe upmarket neighbourhood, with a garden.
The house has been totally renovated & refurbished and offers discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences.
Transport links are excellent with train and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house
London Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes away
The house has 3 super king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. A guest toilet is also available at ground floor.
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people. By request 1/2 children can be accommodated on of a sofa bed in the sitting room. All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.
The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer.
There is a large sitting rooms with a dining area
Smart TV and WI-FI throughout the house
A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates.
We look forward to making your stay at the house perfect
-- Also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new arrival.
The house is family friendly and great for children of all ages with a nice garden where they can safely play.
We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+3 days)
Our terms for normal seasons are a minimum of 3 night stays however we will accept 2 night stays with a premium.
We welcome pets but there is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the house. The house is ideal for entertaining however no large parties are allowed and the house is limited to maximum of 8 non residential guests.
There is fully equipped kitchen; oven, hot plate microwave dishwasher , toaster etc,
The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets are provided.
The kitchen leads onto a patio overlooking the spacious garden and array of beautiful flower beds.
A full maid and or cleaning service is available upon request. Guests are requested to settle directly with the service staff for additional services.
There is fast access to Central London (30 minutes) - 2 minute walk to Train Station
The house is approximately 125 square metres in extent (1300 square feet)
Close to good convenience shopping – 2 minutes from house.
Also café (Grove Park café) and excellent diner/ pub (The Old Station House) within a few minutes walk
Close to River Thames - 10 minutes walk

House was as described no surprises. Very comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of room for 6. Loved the fact that Robert the owner met us on arrival to show us around and how everything worked. He also was available for help if needed during our 22 night stay. Local Coop less than 100 yards away and well stocked. Easy walk to Chiswick High Street. Also Thames with pubs/restaurants only one Mile walk thru lovely neighborhood. With rail station less than 100 yards away with direct fast train to Waterloo, Kew, Windsor and Richmond could not beat location and happy to be away from congestion of Central London.

Awesome! Kitchen was well stocked, washer/dryer/iron were also available, wi-fi was good. The place had everything you could ask for. A definite re-visit next time we come to London.

Perfect place for an extended family stay (nearly 2 months), including two kids ages 5 and 7! Easy access to buses, the tube and train made getting around easy, and there were plenty of nearby grocery stores and pubs, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. to get anything you need. Chiswick House is 5 minute walk away with beautiful grounds and playground. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, had all the amenities we needed to cook regularly, do laundry, etc. And the host, Robert, was very responsive and accomodating. Not only would I recommend this home, but I am confident we will return to stay in the future.

The house is really nice, clean and well located. 150 meters from train station, bus station and also a small market that sells everything (from food to some medicine if you need).
The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable.
The owner Robert is a really nice guy and is always available for doubts with fast response. He also provided us with a welcome kit (bread, biscuits, butter, coffee and tea) and home supplies.
I definitely recommend it!
