Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find a kitchen/diner, with a sitting room hosting a woodburner and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the front. Resting in a desirable setting and close to scenic attractions, Upper Highlees Farm is a lovely cottage in a desirable part of England. Note, there is some roofing work being done on a local building 8am to 4pm for July and possibly into August. Please enquire before making your booking for July/August 2022
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note, there is some roofing work being done on a local building 8am - 4pm for July and possibly into August 2022. The town of Mytholmroyd is an easy drive away. Enjoy scenic drives and cycling across the moors, whilst nearby Haworth boasts the Parsonage Museum. This is excellent walking country, with the National Trust Hardcastle Crags and the Pennine Way in easy reach.
