The position of Villa Letizia allows you to take long walks in the greenery on the hill during which you will not hardly see, in pleasant contrast with some modern villas, ruins and farmhouses, large vegetable gardens and crops, farms of typical animals.
Down the hill, turning to the historical center of San Lucido, located on a picturesque spur of rock, it will seem to you to fall into another era! It is in fact one of the most fascinating historical centers in the province of Cs with its architectural details, ancient noble residences such as the eighteenth-century Palazzo Manes and Palazzo Zagarese; religious and military architecture
Guests will have access to the entire Villa consisting of two independent bodies:
- Body B: ideal for 2/4 people, consisting of kitchen, living room / living area with bathroom on the ground floor and overlooking the veranda overlooking the pool, sea and countryside, upper floor consisting of bedroom and bathroom
- Body A: ground floor with large kitchen area and living room plus bathroom; floor level 2 consisting of 3 bedrooms, one with fireplace, bathroom; level 3 floor consisting of 4 bedrooms, bathroom.
(almost all rooms allow overlooking with terraces)

We had such a great time at this place! The house was super clean—everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it easy to settle in and just relax. The pool was amazing. It was sparkling and perfect for lounging, swimming & soaking up the sun. Our kids had a blast in it. The owner was awesome—really responsive and on top of things. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they got back to us quickly and were genuinely helpful. It felt like they really cared about making our stay smooth and enjoyable.Definitely recommend, and we’d love to come back sometime!

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unserer Familie in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über sämtliches Inventar. Ob Kücheninventar, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kinderhochstuhl und Kinderbett - alles war da.
Sowohl im Haus, wie auch im Außenbereich herrschte absolute Sauberkeit und für die Hygiene war sowohl Desinfektionsmittel, wie auch Handschuhe etc. vorhanden.
Besonders möchte ich den Kontakt zur Vermieterin hervorheben. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise war es stets unkompliziert und freundlich. Alle unsere Fragen wurden immer beantwortet und zudem hatten wir auch die Tipps bekommen für die schönen Strände etc.
Die Ortschaft San Lucido ist ein typisch italienisches Städtchen mit einer gemütlichen Altstadt. Die Strände ziehen sich kilometerweit - ob Sand oder Kies, ob bewirtschaftet oder "wild" - alles da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt nicht große Supermärkte, aber auch kleine Läden. Wir haben es z. B. sehr genossen Obst und Gemüse aus der Region in kleineren Läden zu kaufen - günstig und sehr lecker.
