Welcome to the newly renovated “Polished Pearl” oceanfront condo at Channel Marker 203 in beautiful Surfside Beach, SC. Pristine Surfside Beach boast a “Family-Friendly” atmosphere and was voted one of the top ten best family beaches for 2018.

Surfside Beach is the first certified autism-friendly destination in the world – staff at most attractions and restaurants are trained and certified by the Champion Autism Network.
Surfside Beach is conveniently located near many popular Myrtle Beach attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, Myrtle Waves, Tanger Outlets, and Market Commons to name a few.
The luxury “Polished Pearl” is located on the second floor and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony with seating, a homelike kitchen and dining area, and an intimate living room setting with your own personal fireplace. In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool. An Outdoor BBQ Grill, Free high-speed Wi-Fi, one assigned, and one unassigned guest parking spot is available. Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Please note that our HOA does not allow trailers. Additional public parking is located nearby.
The master bedroom has a mesmerizing ocean view through a beautiful plantation shutter. The room includes a king size bed, small closet, two night stands, dresser, wall-mounted television and an en suite bathroom with a washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, which sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The room includes a small closet, one night stand, one small chest and a wall-mounted television. The guest bathroom comes equipped with a tub and shower.
The living room has a sectional sofa, one additional comfortable chair, a swivel wall-mounted 4K smart television with internet TV services, and an electric remote-control fireplace. The ambiance of the fireplace is perfect for both summer and winter months. The living room provides direct access to the private balcony and picturesque views of the ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, i.e. microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal for all your cooking needs. Cookware, flatware, dinnerware, coffee maker and a toaster are provided. Five stools are located at the counter for your dining pleasure next to a handcrafted oyster shell mosaic.
For your convenience, the Polished Pearl will provide a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and all of your linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms. All linens are brand new.

Beautiful, updated, very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property.

This condo was wonderful f3my mother and me. The condo was very clean and generously furnished. I was amazed to find the condo furnished with toothpaste, q-tips, and even hair ties! We enjoyed spectacular sunrises and views during the day, and the coziest couch and fireplace by night. The location was quiet and peaceful and close to everything. The host's communication is excellent. We had a truly wonderful stay and will keep The Polished Pearl in mind for future stays.

The condo itself was very nice. However, my mistake entirely, there was no elevator. At my age, it was a stupid oversight and by checkout I was more than ready to leave. If you're young and vigorous or just like stairs I'm sure you'll be delighted to rent the Polished Pearl. We liked having 2 parking spaces (covered) which we would not normally need but this year we did have two vehicles and it sure came in handy
