About this villa rental
Total built about 300 m2 with 5 bedrooms (for 10 people) and 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. If more beds are necessary, in the living room the 2 sofas are 135cm beds (in this case, check the cleaning costs before booking).
In addition to the possibility of using in case of need an extra single bed in any room or cot on request. All rooms have closets.
It has 3 bathrooms (one of them en suite in room 1) and a toilet. In addition, another outdoor bathroom next to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
Magnificent kitchen dining room, fully equipped; laundry area with dryer and washing machine.
The house is on one floor, so it is accessible for people with reduced mobility, since there is only one step, right at the entrance of the house, none more.

It is located on the Costa del Sol, in the Sierra de Blanca, in the beautiful town of Istán, near the golf courses of Marbella, just 15 kms. and less than 25 minutes drive from the beach and Puerto Banús.
The house is located about 70 km from the international airport of Malaga.

Eleven of us stayed at Casa Victoria at the end of July.The villa exceeded all our expectations, which were quite high to begin with. Everything was in pristine condition and we had all the facilities we needed at hand for a comfortable stay. The majestic view, lovely house and lush gardens (complete with grapes and fruit we could pick off trees) are even more beautiful than the photos imply. There was plenty of space for all of us and several cozy corners to sit together and enjoy the warm evenings. The host family were wonderful and took each of our questions and requests very seriously. They were quick, efficient and patient in helping us with whatever we needed.The pool was perfect for all of us: the children, who barely got out of the water, could splash around, and those of us who appreciate a bit of swimming and diving could occupy the deep end. There was an abundance of pool toys and inflatables to entertain ourselves with. The water felt cool when first getting in, but offered relief from the hot sun and became comfortable once you had spent a minute in it.The 15-minute drive along the curvy hillside road to the villa left everyone with lasting impressions. Coming from flat country, it took some getting used to at first and (depending on the drivers ability to contain his zeal) made one or two of us a bit seasick from time to time. The views it offered were stunning, however, and most of us found it positively thrilling.The remote location also means you get to relax in a secluded and peaceful environment, with only a few neighbors - who include ducks, chickens and peacocks. If we felt rested enough, however, we could venture out to Malaga, Gibraltar, Tarifa and other points of interest which were all a short drive away. Istans restaurants and quaint narrow streets were also just a few bends from the casa.We couldnt have made a better choice for our stay!
