Riva degli Angeli is a beautiful Mediterranean style holiday home. It`s only 30 meters away from the beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The villa Riva degli Angeli accommodates up to 10 guests on holiday by the sea in Puglia. Pets are allowed.
The house is equipped with accessories such as large garden, air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, portable and built-in barbecue, washing machine, ceiling fans, hair-dryer, microwave oven, television, iron and ironing board and many more.

Riva
degli Angeli is an entirely fenced holiday home with garden where you
can park your car, let your children play or let free your pets. It`s
300 meters away from the footway that takes to the beach.
The porch allows you to access the villa. In the living room there are 2 sofa bed for two guests each and a spacious kitchen with dining area for 10 guests.
The corridor separates the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms (one of which can be used as double bedroom) and two new bathrooms with shower. In every bedroom there is air conditioning, ceiling fan and tv.

The surroundings of Riva degli Angeli
Riva
degli Angeli is in Punta Prosciutto, one of the most famous seaside
locations of Porto Cesareo. It`s in the nature reserve Palude del Conte
and it`s near a supermarket, a small cafè and the tourist complex Punta Grossa, with a restaurant, pizzeria, soccer field, tennis court and bowling alley. It`s near the beaches of Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo and San Pietro in Bevagna.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 74 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the two bathroom is without shower.
- Small size pets allowed.
- Ceiling paddles in two bedrooms.
- Not drinkable water.
