The apartment offers 3 rooms pure relaxation in a beach location. Large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment and thus ensure a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area seats 4 people. In the first bedroom is a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) as a bedding and a wardrobe for storage space. Another sleeping area contains two single beds (0.90 width) and another wardrobe. Both bedrooms have pleats or curtains to darken. From the living room you can reach the south-west facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower function and a toilet. Underfloor heating in the bathroom provides an additional feel-good atmosphere. In addition, a safe keeps your valuables safe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten. Sie ist ausreichend groß und schön hell. Ein Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Ein Manko ist leider, dass die Matratzen im Elternbett leider total durchgelegen sind. Auch fanden wir es schade, dass nach 8 Wochen Schließungszeit weder der Kühlschrank eingeschaltet, noch ein/zwei Handwerkerarbeiten nicht erledigt waren.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jedoch in der Wohnung selber gibt es einiges bzgl. der Sauberkeit zu beanstanden. Eine allgemeine Grundreinigung wäre angebracht. Die Gardinen hingen halb aus dem Gardinenbrett heraus, weil der Stopper fehlte. Der wurde durch ein schwarzes Klebeband ersetzt. Türen quietschen. Das Scharnier der Duschwand , wie auch an den Rückseiten der Balkonstühle war teilweise Spark/Schimmel. Aus den Ritzen des Balkons wuchs Gras. Im Waschbecken in der Küche konnte man nicht abwaschen, weil man den Ablauf nicht schließen konnte. Und viele Geschirrteile waren unappetitlich fleckig. Schade für so eine schöne Wohnung.

Sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Mails. Etwas veraltetes Bad und veraltete Küche, ansonsten sehr ansprechende Wohnung.
