In the heart of old town Savigliano (Cuneo) This recently restored duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms is available to rent with a spectacular view over Piazza Santarosa. It is very stylishly refurbished with a spacious living room. Langhe, Roero and all that entails with the ancient villages of Slow Food centers (Alba, Bra, Pollenzo, Cherasco, Cervere), restaurants and Piedmont's traditional interests.

We had a marvelous stay at the Satarosa Suites. It was conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Even though the temperature during the day was warm, we were comfortable, even without air conditioning. The screened windows were open and we had a nice cross-breeze, especially when we turned on the fan in the loft. We never even used the air conditioner in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well supplied, and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Antonella instantly replied to all our messages. Highly recommend the property and hope to return in the future.

Everything you need is a short leisurely stroll away!

This was our first destination on a 10 day trip through the region and it was perfect for getting acclimated. The house is well stocked with dishes and cookware, and even some snacks and drinks so we could just enjoy our first evening with out having to do much shopping. We had very little trouble finding a place to park our car just a couple of blocks away. We loved the little apartment on the square. There are shops and restaurants all within a short walk with great wines, cheeses, pastas, all the things you want. The interior was cozy, although we had a hard time getting the Netflix to work, but then again we really didn't want to watch TV. The sheets an pillows were very nice (something I really care about!) The few issues we had were minor. The manager was out of town and the woman who met us, on time, did not speak English and our Italian was poor. But we muddled through with Google Translate, and called the manager and worked it all out. Also, there was confusion on the number of rooms we were going to use. We had to pay an additional 50 euros for the cleaning of a second room. This needs to be made explicit on the VRBO website.

Great vacation in Savigliano

We spent a very nice week in Antonella's apartment in Savigliano. The apartment is perfectly located in the central square of Savigliano, so that you can take part in life in the middle of an Italian city: in the morning breakfast with capuchino and croissants in a bar, during the day a bike tour e.g. to Saluzzo or to Bra and in the evening a perfect Italian dinner with typical Piedmontese dishes in the cozy restaurants in the vicinity of the apartment. We really liked that we only needed our car when we went hiking in the mountains. This takes about 45 minutes from Savigliano. The people in Savigliano are very friendly and warm. We always felt very welcome. The apartment is wonderfully stylish and perfect for two couples. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the handover went smoothly as agreed. The communication with Antonella was very warm and uncomplicated at all times. If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back.
