About this house rental
** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets.

* Synthetic grass tennis court (not for night time use)

* Dishwasher
* Ducted vacuum

Located in a peaceful, private, secure location, yet only a short 5-10 minute drive to the front beach, Rye shops, Peninsula Hot Springs and local wineries. There are external security cameras at the front yard of the property.

4th bedroom - Queen with BIR
5th bedroom - Family / Children's Room (sleeps 5) comprising of 2 Bunk Beds - ie 1 x Double Bed Base with a Single on Top and 1 x Single Bunk Bed (with WIR)
Parents Retreat Upstairs with Flatscreen TV and DVD player
Family Bathroom upstairs with corner bath, dual vanity and WC
Separate WC / powder room upstairs
Sorry, we do not permit pets.
Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
Bed linen and bath towels are included for every booking (surcharge applies).

A wonderful location with every amenity for all age groups. The space in the house was fantastic with a nook for anyone who wanted a quiet room. Close to Rye for beach, coffee, walks. Pool and tennis court were well utilised. Fab break for all!

The cleanliness of this property needs some attention, I understand it gets quite a few patrons over the holiday season, however you would at least expect the hygiene of this place to be of a high standard.
My son found an empty condom box under one of the beds. (Just great)
There was 2x baby dummies/pacifier left in the oven.
The rug in main lounge had a stench to it, and one side of the couch literally smelled like dog poo. This is probably from patrons sitting on furniture with wet clothes. Regardless, we couldn’t use that couch the for the whole stay!
Unfortunately, we had a terrible stay at this property, so bad, that we even checked out one day early!
