This crafty home will bring you back to your childhood dreams of having the best tree house in the neighborhood! A four-level house with all the amenities built into compact rooms with unique details and a view like no other. You will truly understand why this home is called the Crow's Nest when you stand on the deck and look out above the treetops at the mountains and surrounding forest. This quiet and serene setting will make you feel like you are deep in the woods on an adventure yet still give you the modern conveniences of a fun family vacation. With all the major appliances including a BBQ, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals while the kids are out exploring nature and climbing trees. If they need a break from all the outside activities that Lake Wenatchee has to offer they can stretch out in the sitting room and watch some TV on satellite or play some board games!

The road leading to the home has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground, vehicles with high clearance and AWD/4WD are required. Guests are strongly recommended to have snow chains/cables and know how to install them.
Love Leavenworth will not be responsible for any towing charges. Please be prepared and plan accordingly!
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

While on a lengthy road trip to celebrate our anniversary, we stayed at The Crow's Nest for a couple of nights. Such a treat!Our focus for this part of the trip was seeing Leavenworth; it's about a half hour away and is a fun tourist destination. The only real hiccup was at check in, the code to the electronic lock wasn't working right, but a quick phone call solved that.The solitude; the peace and quiet made for a restful stay, I think the loudest noise I heard the whole time there was a blue jay who seemed to think he owned the place.The kitchen has everything one needs to cook and serve meals- that's good as the nearest restaurant is a fair bit away. If the skies are clear, don't forget to look up- there is practically zero light pollution and the sheer number of visible stars is incredible.

Our small group had a wonderful time spending a couple days in this lovely mountain cabin! The treehouse-like nature of the cabin meant you had great views of the lake and it had a nice isolated, cozy feeling. I loved the retro vibes of the interior too! The kitchen was stocked for everything we needed to cook group meals (it's a bit small but manageable for someone used to small apartment kitchens like mine!) It's a short drive down to the lake where you can park and enjoy an easy hike along the lake edge.There definitely were A LOT of stairs both inside and out so I could see an issue for young children (and our 25lb dog was a bit frightened of the open stair style lol) but the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it ideal for a group of adults.I would absolutely love to stay at this cabin again. Thanks!
