About this villa rental
This beautiful Villa sleeps 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, the 3rd is bedroom is lived almost all year round by my grandma which is on the other half of the villa. I do not live here, I only communicate with my guests and visit from time to time! The two bedrooms are completely private.
Quick facts:

-3 km walk/drive from the main beach (less than 5 minute drive or half an hour walk)
-Pool available
-Large outdoor area with BBQ, tables, bar, etc.
Each room has the following amenities:
- 1 double bed
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 complete washroom (shower, sink, toilet, etc)
- mini dining area
- Free wifi
- Cable tv
There is public transport in all towns, and the closest is Del CoCo which is a 15 minute walk from the villa or a 3 minute drive.
Very large backyard BBQ/grill available for shared use.
There is also a large outdoor kitchen and dining area that is available as well as the pool. There are 2 bars in the backyard and an outdoor shower.
Units can be rented on a weekly basis or longer as per your need. Shorter stays can be accommodated for as per negotiation. The home owner (Elena) will also be able to pick your party up from the airport for a fee ($40) if it's 4 or less people and will be available for help for any questions regarding activities and anything else. She has been living in Costa Rica for nearly 7 years and speaks fluent Spanish.
Coco Guanacaste is located only 35km from the city of Liberia, and only 25km away from the Liberia airport. There are multiple beaches located nearby and great restaurants/bars. Also note there is 24/7 security at the front gate upon arrival and within the neighbourhood there are 25-30 villas from people all around the world!
The minimum age group for parties is 21 unless you are bringing younger children with you which is more than fine!

I give this place a 10/10. Didnt want for anything as long as u have a vehicle. Gorgeous house and landscaping as well as heart shaped pool. Elena our host was very kind n helpful in anything we needed. Cant wait til next year!!

We had no problems finding the property because the property manager contacted us first thing in the morning with a snap shot of the map which was great. Elena is the most thoughtful and gracious host, she opened her home to us and made us feel like part of her family, she even invited us to go with her to meet her "Canadian group" and we had so much fun. The room is just perfect, there is a small compact kitchen in the room but we spent most of our meals in the backyard at the outdoor kitchen which was just amazing along with the pool. The bed is comfortable and the front sitting area is a perfect place for morning yoga or a cup of coffee. She is the most incredible garderner and the flowers are beautiful. The location is excellant the complex is on top of a hill and 2km frrom the beach this kept me in a shape, as I and many others would walk it every morning. Everything is close you are within a six minute drive of everything you need. Thanks Elena for making our week in Playa Coco so wonderfuls

This property was difficult for us to find, the house number is 3 and it is not in coco. It is attached to the homeowners home and there are 2 kitchens in the dwelling. The homeowner was helpful and friendly.
