Everything was nice and perfect.
Some late nights people on the street and the garbage truck were very loud but this is out of the property control.

I loved the location, quick walk to the surf beach.
The beds were old or cheap and had no support, it killed my back. The whole place needs to be updated.Its starting to look run down. But the most frustrating thing was the TV set up. There was no tv or internet connected when you turned it on. One of the instructions was to reset the modem but there appeared to be 3 modems. Spent 2 hours, never got regular TV, could only enter a streaming service and obviously can't do netflix. Bedroom TV wouldn't connect at all.

Location, parking included, nice kitchen, door codes
Elevators were very busy, with one out of service. Often had to wait for 15 minutes. Emergency evacuation… which was never explained

The location
The island stools were uncomfortable and wobbly. Not secure and felt unsafe sitting on them. We were told there was a dishwasher and when we got there, there wasn’t. The sofa bed was rusty and not very comfortable. Aside from this the room was very tight to maneuver around. There was such a small space between the dresser and end of bed. No hooks to hang towels and there was an extra charge for anything additional like extra towels, linens etc…
