Good location. Polite and responsive host. In general the apartment is OK for the price.
The common areas of the building are in very bad condition.
The bath needs renovation and more cleaning. The toilet cistern quite old and not working.

Location is perfect. Apartment is equipped well, with everything that is needed. Host is welcoming, it was easy to take and leave keys.
It could be more clean. At nights it was too warm, without possibility to turn off heating I had to open a window.
