The location and the friendliness of all the staff
Unfortunately our room was situated up a windy staircase and because my partner has mobility issues it made life a little difficult getting to our room, therefore if you have any issues such as ours it would be good to check the
location of your
room a lesson learned for us.

Beds were comfortable
The sofas were very tiny and being a family of 3 it was a bit squashy and couldn’t relax so we watched tv in bed. The dining room table is very small and only has two chairs for it so we couldn’t have a meal in the flat as we wouldn’t have all had a chair to sit at. The metal stairs at the back were dangerous as well being a family with a small child. The stairs inside the property were very steep as well for our little one. Not suitable for more than two people or a family
